Real estate issues in spotlight at key Saudi expo

MANAMA: Bahrain Property Developers Association (BaPDA) is the sole agent in Bahrain for ESTATEX 2012, a prestigious real estate and housing exhibition to be held in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The event runs from November 19 to 22.

This is the ninth edition of the annual event and it is expected to host a large number of international and local pavilions, which will be used as a sales and communications platform to engage with potential stakeholders who are keen to invest in the regional real estate.

The exhibitors will have an invaluable opportunity to highlight their projects and offer investment opportunities.

The event is a proven and cost-effective platform to market and sell projects and services and discover new opportunities and marketing ideas.

The exhibition will be of particular interest to investors, real estate agents, builders, contractors, home Inspectors, brokers and property managers as well as the general public.

"ESTATEX will be an important business platform for us this year, allowing us to actively pursue our diverse portfolio and help our members engage with investors and stakeholders on future plans," said BaPDA chairman Aaref Hejres.
