The state statistics agency has announced that the prices for commercial real estate leasing in Kazakhstan in the first quarter of this year increased by 2.5% compared to the same period last year. The cost of rent service points, industrial and retail space increased by 5%, 3.5% and 3%, respectively. A little more than moderate was the increase in the cost of renting the premises of the administrative office of destination, restaurants, catering, and storage facilities.
